Резерв+: Convenient Personal Data Update App by Ukrainian Ministry of Defense
Резерв+ is an application by the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense that allows users to conveniently and quickly update their personal data without visiting any physical office. To access information about themselves, users need to follow two simple steps: authenticate using BankID and provide current contact details such as mobile number, email, and residential address.
Upon completion, users can view the information stored in the Obereg registry related to them, including any deferments, reservations, or search statuses. Ukrainians residing abroad must update their information by July 16 to avoid penalties and violations.
In the app, users will find a military identity document containing information from the Obereg registry, possessing the same legal validity as a physical document. For any inquiries or issues, users can reach out to the Reserv+ support team for assistance.
